Thicker, creamier moisturisers (that contain more oils) are normally recommended for drier skin types, while oilier skin types might prefer lighter lotions (that contain fewer oils).

It is recommended to use a moisturiser twice daily, to help maintain skin health and general function of our Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). If we don’t, the skin can become sensitive, flaky, dehydrated and damaged increasing the possibility of skin reactions and premature skin ageing.
